RBY Trainer GFX

Still placeholders, but you can now build off these to GSCify them, and I guess it makes playtesting minutely more enjoyable. Also added the student, jessie/james, and yujirou sprites, as well as made blaine have his default sprite, while copying his usual one to be used for chief.
