Martha Schilling 38b2b2c6c9 Updated Citrine theme, plus some text changes 
Pushing a commit for the less important stuff while I finish the Silph Gauntlet's missing floors.

- Swaps the Biker and Psychic in Silph Gauntlet around

- Increased J&J's Meowth's level to make it less unbalanced in the later fights

- Text improvements for Citrine City, Saffron Gym, and Viridian PokeMart

MementoMartha ba78014ec6 Silph Gauntlet 4F trainers! 
Includes the same healing pad that was in Lavender Tower, as a reward for getting halfway! Trainers can't currently see you, which I'll fix once I've added the trainers on 2F and 3F.

MementoMartha c3fd568b7b Finishing the Gauntlet maps 
All the trainers are still missing, as is the guard. But the maps themselves are accessible, and the wild encounters work too.
